Fiber Optic Interface Module

Featuring LC, SC, MPO, CS or other fiber optic connectors, this module transmits optical signals over multimode or single-mode fiber. It internally contains a laser (TOSA) and a photodetector (ROSA) to perform electrical-to-optical and optical-to-electrical conversion. It supports distances ranging from a hundred meters (multimode) to over a hundred kilometers (single-mode), with data rates up to 800G and beyond. Offering excellent immunity to electromagnetic interference and low signal loss, it is the dominant choice for data centers, metropolitan area networks, and long-haul backbone transmission.
